It is good to know that my mom can't even remember what I used to look like!! Oh well, here are the before and after pictures that go with the highlighting experience.

Let the Blonde Jokes Begin...

So before you look at the pictures, let me first say that the look I was going for was "subtle highlights". You know, natural looking, sun-kissed hair...instead, my hair decided to go for a dramatic blonde look! I actually felt quite sick at first when I washed out the dye, but Joanna, being her reassuring self, kept telling me that it would look cool once it was all done. Now that the shock has worn off and the nausea has passed, I really like it! Jo did a great job with the highlights and I am glad for a change of pace, and at least I had a fun afternoon with my fabulous friends, Kristy, Rachel, and Elizabeth!

HUGE Garage Sale!

That is what the signs said - "Huge Garage Sale!" At first, Joanna and I were worried that maybe we were misrepresenting ourselves...and then the stuff started rolling in. Pretty soon we felt like "Huge" did not do our garage sale justice! Poor Brad - his garage was completely taken over this weekend by boxes and furniture and clothes, but he was very helpful and managed to survive! All in all, it was quite an experience. I am pretty sure, though, that I don't need to do that again...ever!

Yes, I know...this is old news! I can't believe it has almost been two years since Brad and I got married! But there are a few people who have asked me for wedding pictures, and being the forgetful person that I am, I have never sent them any! So, for anyone who has never seen them, I am sorry, and here they are!

First Day of Blogging

A big hello to anyone who is reading this! My main goal in setting this up is to be able to share pictures and updates of things going on in our lives. I'm afraid that right now, I do not have anything very interesting to say...but hopefully in the future this will be a good way to keep you up to date on all the Hunt happenings!
